How we process an order?

All Best Modules orders are shipped out from our Taiwan warehouses to your country by air freight.

Under normal circumstances the orders placed before 17:00 Taiwan time (UTC+8) will be shipped on the next business day. Some products take longer to ship, the estimated time to ship is described on its product webpage.

For each order, we will send you three emails:

  1. Your order is received: Informs you that our system has received your order, please proceed to complete the payment.
  2. Your order is in processing: Informs you we start processing your order. In this status, you are not able to cancel the order by yourself.
  3. Your order is ready to ship: Informs you that we will ship your order the same day, the tracking number is included in this email. You may check your order status anytime in “My Account”.

We provide a couple of shipping methods for your selection when checking out.

Delivery Time

The time for the courier company to send package to you is according to the company’s announcement. Please check the website of courier companies for the latest information. In general, the delivery time is as below:

  1. Taiwan: Express delivery: 1-2 working days. Postal service: 3-5 working days.
  2. China: Express delivery: 2-4 working days. Postal service: 4-12 working days.
  3. Hong Kong, Macau: Express delivery 1-2 working days.
  4. Other Countries/Regions: Express delivery 3-5 working days. Postal service: 1-6 weeks, varies a lot with the destinations.
  5. Please note that the above time period is based on smooth flight schedule and customs clearance. For remote areas, extra time is needed. You may find out the shipping details on the courier company’s website with the tracking number (note that some countries' postal service does not support package tracking).

Customs Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges due to the import of products into your country. With the exception of shipping charges we are not responsible for any other incurred charges. It is not possible for us to provide you with the tax regulations for each country so we recommend that you investigate fully if there is any other charges before placing an order. If you refuse to pay any of these additional charges, You will not be able to receive the products you ordered.

Local Pickup

  1. Our local pickup service allows you to get your package at our company (located in Taiwan). When your item is ready, there will be an email to notify you and please contact us to schedule the pick-up time after you receive the email.
  2. Our office address is No. 19, Chuangxin 1st Rd., Baoshan Township, Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
  3. If your order is not collected within three weeks, we will charge you a fee of USD 5.0 for the refund and will cancel your order.

Is there a cooling-off period?

There is no cooling-off period for all of our products. If you have any question about products, please contact us.

How to do if I receive a defective product ?

It suggests to you to take a video when unboxing the package.

Why I can’t track my delivery status from post office ?

Chunghwa post office provides a tracking number when the item is delivered by them.
However, post offices of some countries, such as Australia, Bahrain, Yemen, Canada, the United States, Denmark, Romania and Russia, do not support to track for international letters.
Therefore, we can not track the delivery status after your item is exported, but it does not affect the delivery process.
We recommend that you choose Fedex or International EMS as the shipping method if you expect to receive your order as soon as possible.
