The BC2161 is a highly integrated OOK transmitter for remote wireless applications, supporting 315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz and 915MHz frequency bands. It is a true "data-in, antenna-out" monolithic device with OOK modulation and a symbol rate of up to 24ksps.

The BC2161 provides programmable output power up to +13dBm into a 50Ω load. With agile state machines, it simplifies control and reduces power consumption. Using an external crystal and a few external components, it enables a complete RF transmitter solution. Parameters can be configured through the I²C interface or internal FUSE, making it suitable for applications such as wireless fixed or custom code remote controllers, smart home appliances and other Sub-1GHz wireless devices.
