This is a high-performance 8-bit Flash MCU with an integrated Sub-1GHz low-IF OOK RF receiver, supporting the 315MHz, 433MHz, 868MHz, and 915MHz frequency bands. It features a fully integrated OOK demodulator and Automatic Gain Control (AGC), with a symbol rate of up to 20Ksps.

The device integrates a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter, flexible timers, and True EEPROM data memory, along with built-in high and low-speed oscillators to dynamically optimize system power consumption. Only an external crystal and a few passive components are required to form a complete RF receiver solution, making it suitable for rolling doors, wireless doorbells, smart homes, and other wireless applications.
