DESCRIPTION

The BC66F3662 is a low current Sub-1GHz RF SoC MCU with a fully integrated high power programmable amplifier, a GFSK frequency synthesizer, and a digital demodulation function. Its RF characteristics comply with ETSI / FCC specifications. It operates in the below 1GHz license-free ISM bands and is suitable for IoT products, smart homes, industrial/agricultural controllers, and many other wireless bidirectional transmission products.

The BC66F3662 can be applied in the 315MHz, 433MHz, 470MHz, 868MHz, and 915MHz frequency bands. It incorporates a highly integrated sub-1GHz transceiver and a baseband modem with programmable data rates from 2Kbps to 250Kbps.
