The BH67F5265 is a Flash Memory A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller which includes a multi-channel 24-bit Delta Sigma A/D converter and a fully integrated LCD driver. For memory features, it offers Flash Program Memory, RAM Data Memory, and true EEPROM memory for storage of non-volatile data, while supporting In-Application Programming (IAP) for easy updates. With integrated SPI, I2C, and UART interfaces along with versatile Timer Modules, the device is ideally suited for applications that interface directly to analog signals requiring low noise and high accuracy measurement.
