The BS45F3832 is an ultrasonic nebulizer Flash MCU featuring touch key functions, multi-channel 12-bit A/D converters, overcurrent/overvoltage protection, and water shortage protection. It includes both high-speed and low-speed oscillators for various applications. With the built-in nebulizer resonance detector, it can detect the resonant frequency of the nebulizer and output a PFM resonant frequency. It is suitable for a wide range of nebulizer and humidifier products, especially compact products and module-based applications.
