The BS45F3843 is a Flash MCU dedicated to ultrasonic atomiser applications, integrating touch key functions, an 8-channel 12-bit A/D converter, over current protection (OCP), and water shortage protection. It features built-in high/low-speed oscillators and a resonance detector to output the optimal PTM resonant frequency for nebuliser drive control. This device is ideally suited for ultrasonic applications such as aroma diffusers, medical nebulisers, beauty facial steamers, and ultrasonic humidifiers.
