Description
The BS83B04L is Holtek’s new generation ultra-low power 8-bit Touch MCU. It has the ultra-low power characteristic of a single touch key standby current, which is less than 150nA at 3V/25°C. It is suitable for battery powered or low power consumption applications, such as smart cards, smart wristbands, electronic door locks, etc.
BS83B04L supports 4 touch keys and has an operating voltage of 1.8V - 5.5V, it is supplied in 8-pin SOP, 10-pin DFN(3x3x0.75mm), and 10-pin MSOP package types.
