DESCRIPTION

The BS84B06A-3 is a 6-key touch key Flash MCU with LED driver. The internal LED driver supports 4 segments with current output control which are able to drive LED displays directly without any external current-limiting resistors or transistors. It includes an internal 4-channel 12-bit A/D converter for the temperature or other voltage measurements and provides I2C and SPI interfaces.
It's suitable for modern touch key applications, such as instrumentation, household appliances, electronically controlled tools, etc.
