The BS86D20CA is a 20-Key Touch A/D Flash MCU with an operating voltage of 1.8V~5.5V which has passed the conductive susceptibility dynamic 10V test. It is suitable for applications which require multiple touch key functions, LED display and temperature detection functions, such as air fryers, high speed blenders, electric pressure cookers, electric pots, heater tables and other related products.
The BS86D20CA provides all touch key functions internally, eliminating the need for external components. It also includes a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter, a large current LED driver circuit which can drive white LEDs and SPI and I2C communication interfaces.
