It integrates the ST6201 LCD driver IC with built-in RAM, eliminating the need for external display memory or driver components. With a 16-bit 8080 parallel interface and RGB565 color format, the module delivers clear and vibrant visuals.

It also incorporates the GT911 capacitive touch controller, supporting up to five touch points with fast and responsive interaction. This module is suitable for embedded devices, industrial control panels, smart home interfaces, and portable medical instruments.
