The HT32F65233 BLDC Motor Development Board (GD+MOS) is designed around the Holtek HT32F65233 MCU. It integrates an on-board AC-DC conversion circuit, half-bridge gate driver ICs, external MOSFET-based motor drive stage, airflow temperature and speed control circuits, heating wire control circuit, ion generator control circuit, current feedback and DC bus voltage sensing circuits, as well as an SWD programming interface, forming a complete hardware platform for BLDC motor applications. The board supports an AC input range of 100V–240V. The motor drive stage adopts half-bridge gate driver ICs (2ED28073J06F) together with six MOSFETs (NCE65T260) to implement three-phase motor driving, and can be used together with Holtek’s BLDC Motor Workshop to complete motor parameter configuration, debugging, and product development.
