The HT1632D is a memory-mapping and multi-functional high-density LED display controller and driver chip, allowing flexible configuration of either 32 ROW × 8 COM or 24 ROW × 16 COM dot-matrix display modes based on product designs.

The device supports 16-gradation LED dimming for each output line via software instructions combined with PWM control. It features a convenient serial interface for transmitting both data and command modes, requiring only 3 or 4 lines to communicate with the host controller. Additionally, it supports cascading functionality for extended display dimensions. The HT1632D is ideal for multiple LED applications, including LED modules, matrix billboard displays, and system display subsystems.
