HT16H25 is a RAM Mapping 60x16 LCD Controller Driver. It can control up to 960 patterns in a 16COM by 60SEG format and supports a selectable frame rate ranging from 50Hz to 300Hz. The HT16H25 is suitable for applications such as exercise equipment, vehicle instruments, POS machines, industrial panels and other similar applications.
