The HT32F12364 is a 32-bit microcontroller based around an Arm® Cortex®-M3 processor core. It provides high efficiency, rich memory configurations, as well as low power consumption. It is suitable for high-level applications, such as fingerprint identification, smart door locks, etc.
The HT32F12364 supports an operating speed of up to 72MHz and includes a variety of peripherals. The flexible SPI frequency configurations together with the PDMA function can implement high-speed data transmission. It can be used in various capacitive fingerprint sensors. In addition, the rich memory capacity combines to provide the resources for full-integration of fingerprint identification algorithm solutions.
