It has an operating speed of up to 20 MHz and a single power supply operating voltage range of 2.5 V ~ 5.5 V. This device is suitable for a wide range of applications such as security products, industrial control, intelligent home appliances, home automation products, health care products, power systems and many others.
The HT32F50241 includes high precision internal RC oscillators and an internal clock monitor function which can automatically switch to the internal oscillator when an ineffective external crystal oscillator situation arises. The full device range include multiple power saving management modes, power-on reset, multi-level low voltage detection (LVD), brownout detection (BOD) etc., which combine to ensure a safe and stable system operating environment.
