The HT45F3230 is a proximity sensing / motor driving Flash MCU. It is especially designed for products which require an IR distance sensing function and also require a motor or solenoid driving function. The small package outline also make it suitable for appliances where space is at a premium, such as auto sensing faucets, auto soap dispensers, auto fragrance diffusers, auto flushing urinals, auto sensing trashcans or security products which use infrared sensors.

The HT45F3230 includes active IR distance sensing and high current motor drive circuits. The infrared transmitter intensity and receiver amplification can be setup by software. It also includes True EEPROM non-volatile memory to automatically stored parameters during the production process. In addition, the HT45F3230 has a built-in bi-directional control for the high current motor or solenoid drive circuits and a battery voltage detection function.
