DESCRIPTION

The HT45F3630 is a power tool controller Flash MCU, with a high voltage driver of up to 12V. It includes a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter and a group of PWM high voltage and high current output pins. It uses the internal fully integrated I2C interface. The HT45F3630 is suitable for motor speed control products, such as electric drills, electric screwdrivers, lawn mowers and other related applications.
