The HT66F0031 is a flash memory A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontrollers. It includes 1K×14 bits of Flash Program Memory and a multi-channel 10-bit A/D converter. The product can be used in small profile household appliances, electronic metering, environmental monitoring, handheld instruments, electronic controlled tools, and motor driving products.
