DESCRIPTION

The HT66F008 is an A/D Flash MCU. It includes an area of RAM Data Memory, an area of true EEPROM memory for storage of non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data, and a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter.

The HT66F008 conforms to industrial specification requirements of -40°C~85°C operating temperature and high noise immunity. It has been widely applied in electronic metering, environmental monitoring, handheld instruments, household appliances, electronically controlled tools, and motor driving products.
