The HT66F0185 is an A/D type 8-bit MCU with high-performance RISC architecture core. Its timer modules provide timing, pulse generation, and PWM generation functions. The internal LED/LCD drivers support 4 segments with current output control which are able to drive LED/LCD displays directly without requiring additional external current-limiting resistors or transistors.
It provides a full choice of HXT, LXT, HIRC, and LIRC oscillator functions and can operate and switch dynamically between a range of operating modes.
