The HT66F3132 is an 8-bit high-performance A/D Flash microcontroller designed for direct interfacing with analog signals. Its rewritable Flash program memory provides maximum programming flexibility, complemented by a RAM data memory and a True EEPROM memory for non-volatile storage of serial numbers and calibration data. Integrated analog features include a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, a software-controlled LCD driver, and multiple versatile timer modules, making it ideal for electronic measurement instruments and environmental monitoring systems.
