The HT66F31A5 is an A/D Flash MCU with EEPROM. It includes a multi-channel 12-bit A/D converter, a comparator function, and fully integrated SPI, I2C, and UART interface. These integrated features allow the device to be used in small household appliance products, such as vacuum cleaners, dish-washing machines and can also be used in smart wearable devices and Li-ion battery protection boards, etc.
