DESCRIPTION

The HT66L2540A is a low power Flash MCU. It integrates high-accuracy and low-current oscillators, LIRC and LXT, the four-stage flexible frequency convertor, MIRC, and reduces the 10/12-bit SAR type ADC conversion current. Furthermore, it includes an internal temperature sensor, multi-function timer modules, flexible oscillator options as well as multiple communication interfaces. It is suitable for a range of power-saving products.
