The HT67L2540A is a Flash Memory A/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with an integrated LCD driver, designed for applications that interface directly to analog signals and LCD display devices. It features 4K×16 Flash Program Memory, 256×8 RAM Data Memory, and 256×8 true EEPROM memory, with support for In-Application Programming (IAP) and Emulated ISP. With an integrated 8-channel 10/12-bit A/D converter, temperature sensor, USIM interface, and versatile Timer Modules, the device achieves ultra-low power consumption and is ideally suited for electronic metering, environmental monitoring, and portable handheld measuring instruments.
