The HT73xx-7 is a series of CMOS LDO regulators which provide input voltages as high as 30V and a wide range of fixed output voltages from 2.1V to 5.0V. It provides over current and over temperature protection to ensures the device junction temperature will not exceed a temperature of 150°C.
The HT73xx-7 provides a current flow of up to 250mA and a lower quiescent current of only 2.5µA with output voltage accuracy of ±2% respectively. It includes a enable pin which can reduce the current consumption to a typical value of 0.1µA.
The HT73xx-7 is suitable for backlight power supplies, wireless communication power supplies, smart meters, electric tools, smart security devices, measuring instrumentation and medical products, etc.
The output voltage of HT7350-7 is 5.0V.
