DESCRIPTION

The HT75H33 is a TinyPowerTM ultra low quiescent current LDO with output voltage 3.3V. It includes a high input voltage of 40V, ultra-low quiescent current of 2.5μA and a maximum output current value of 150mA (with an output voltage accuracy of ±1.5%). It provides over current and over temperature protection features. It also includes a chip enable pin. When pulling the pin to low, it can reduce the current consumption to 0.1μA.
