The HT77xxFA series are high-efficiency synchronous boost DC / DC converters featuring low startup voltage, making them suitable for single-cell alkaline battery applications. This series adopts a synchronous architecture to save board space and reduces power consumption in shutdown mode. The CMOS process ensures ultra-low supply current, extending battery life for portable devices. The HT7750FA requires only three external components to provide a fixed 5.0V output voltage.
