DESCRIPTION

The HT7A6312 is a functionally integrated power control IC which includes an internal 730V high voltage power transistor with a low 19Ω on resistance, a high voltage start-up switch and a current mode PWM controller. It can reduce light load switching losses according to the output voltage feedback signals.

The HT7A6312 can be used in both non-isolated or isolated AC / DC power design with a full range voltage input. It has a low standby operating current of 0.7mA, significantly reducing its standby power consumption. A full range of protective functions are provided which include protection for over current, over voltage and over temperature.
