The HT7A6322 is a highly integrated power control IC, featuring a built-in 12Ω 730V high-voltage power transistor, a high-voltage start-up switch, and a current-mode PWM controller. It adjusts the output voltage based on feedback signals to reduce switching losses during light-load conditions.
The HT7A6322 is suitable for isolated or non-isolated AC/DC power supply designs under universal voltage input, primarily used in home appliances. It features a low static operating current of 0.7mA to minimize standby power consumption, along with comprehensive protection mechanisms: Over Current Protection (OCP), Over Voltage Protection (OVP), and Over Temperature Protection (OTP).
