DESCRIPTION

The HT72xx is a series of positive, linear regulator which provides maximum output current of 300mA and a wide range of fixed output voltages from 1.8V to 5.0V.

The HT72xx provides 5uA power supply current and low dropout voltage specification. It also includes internal protection circuitry to protect against over-current and over-temperature conditions.

The HT72xx is suitable for cameras, mobile phones, mobile game players and in fact many battery powered low power application areas.

The output voltage of HT7233 is 3.3V.
