DESCRIPTION

The HT73xx-3 is a series of CMOS LDO regulators which provide input voltages as high as 30V and a wide range of fixed output voltages from 2.1V to 5.0V. It includes the softstart function to inhibit the problem of output overshoot during power on.

The HT73xx-3 provides a current flow of up to 250mA and also provides a lower quiescent current of only 1.0µA with output voltage accuracy of ±2% respectively. It is suitable for backlight power supplies, wireless communication power supplies, smart meters, electric tools, smart security devices, measuring instrumentation and medical products, etc.

The output voltage of HT7333-3 is 3.3V.
