DESCRIPTION

The HT73xx is a series of CMOS LDO regulators that can provide a current flow of up to 250mA. This series provide low quiescent current of 4uA typical and high input voltage and high output voltage accuracy.

The HT73xx is available with a wide range of fixed output voltages from 1.8V to 5.0V. It is suitable for battery-powered equipments such as cameras, mobile phones and portable games.

The output voltage of HT7350 is 5.0V.
