HT73Lxx is a series includes an ultra-low quiescent current of 1.35µA and a maximum output current value of 250mA. With an output voltage accuracy of ±2%, the HT73Lxx also provides over current and over temperature protection.

The HT73Lxx includes a chip enable pin, which when low, will reduce the current consumption down to 0.1µA. With its additional internal output fast discharge function these new regulator devices open up new application possibilities.

The HT73Lxx can be used in a diverse range of portable and other applications which require high output voltage accuracy such as wearable devices, portable devices and wireless power equipment.

The output voltage of HT73L36 is 3.6V.
