The BD66FM6550G is a brushless DC motor control SoC MCU that integrates an MCU, an LDO and a 3-channel 48V gate-driver. It supports both square wave and sine wave control. With sensor-less enhanced filters to provide more stable start-ups and low speed running, it is ideal for applications such as power tools, pumps and fans with less than 8 lithium battery strings.
