DESCRIPTION

The BS83A02C is Flash Memory type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller with fully integrated touch key function. It is suitable for low profile and thin thickness applications, such as smart cards, smart wristbands, electronic door locks, instrumentation, household appliances, electronically controlled tools, etc.

The BS83A02C device provides 2 touch keys, and in having excellent noise immunity can resist various types of noise interference such as power noise, RF interference, power fluctuations, etc.

Protective features are also included in the BS83A02C, such as an internal Watchdog Timer and Low Voltage Reset functions coupled with excellent noise immunity and ESD protection ensure that reliable operation is maintained in hostile electrical environments.
