This product is an ultrasonic oxygen concentration and flow detection module designed to measure oxygen concentration and flow rate in binary gas mixtures. The built-in algorithm accurately calculates oxygen concentration and flow by analyzing the forward and reverse travel speeds of ultrasound within the airflow. It also includes temperature compensation function, making it suitable for applications such as oxygen concentrators and ventilators.
The product includes two ultrasonic transducers, an air intake, and an air outlet.
It calculates the current oxygen concentration and flow by measuring the Time of Flight (ToF) of forward and reverse signals transmitted and received by two ultrasonic transducers, as the binary gas mixture enters the airflow tube through the air intake (detects automatically every 500ms).
