DESCRIPTION

The HT45F8560 is a Li-Battery Protection Flash MCU of Holtek with an integrated high accuracy LDO (±1%) and a voltage detection circuit which can detect each Li-ion battery voltage with an accuracy of ±0.5%. It is suitable for 3 to 8-cell Li-battery products, such as power tools, cordless hair dryers, cordless vacuum cleaners and so on.

The HT45F8560 provides a 12-bit multi-channel A/D converter for signal measurements, such as voltage, temperature and current. It also includes communication interfaces of SPI, I2C and UART, which can be used together with the internal IAP function for online program updates.
