DESCRIPTION

The HT67F2432 is a high accuracy HIRC Flash MCU with LCD. It includes a high-frequency 4MHz RC oscillator, 10-bit A/D converters, a 9-bit timer, and an LCD driver that supports up to 4COM×20SEG LCD sizes. It is suitable to be applied in high accurate signal output and LCD requirement products, such as bath heater remote controls, RF remote controls, LCD simple remote controls, LCD timers, fish tank automatic feeders, etc.
