The HT1015-1 is an ultra-low power low dropout voltage regulator with an output voltage of 1.5V. The HT1015-1 provides output voltage tolerance level of 3%, extremely low 2.2uA current consumption and the fixed voltage of 1.5V. It is suitable for battery powered applications with low power requirements.
