Description
The HT66F302 has 1K x 14 bits Flash Program Memory, 64 bytes SRAM Data Memory, 32 bytes EEPROM Data Memory, two 10-bit Timer Modules, two Time Bases as well as an internal 12-bit A/D converter. The device includes a high frequency internal RC oscillator and a low frequency 32kHz internal RC oscillator. The internal high frequency oscillator has two selectable fixed frequencies of 4MHz and 8MHz that have a tolerance of ±1% at a fixed temperature and voltage or ±5% at a full range of temperature and voltage.
