Description
The HT67F489 is an 8-bit MCU with Holtek’s high-performance RISC architecture core. Its features include 8Kx16 flash memory, SRAM, EEPROM, 12-bit A/D converter, LCD driver, high-current LED driver, real timer clock, and UART interface. Besides, the embedded multi-function Timer Modules supports 5 operating modes including Input Capture, Compare Match Output, Timer/Event Counter, Single Pulse Output and PWM Output. It is used in a wide range of small household appliances, home healthcare products as well as many other application areas.
