The HT69F340 series are LCD type Flash Memory 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontrollers, designed for applications which require an LCD interface. Offering users the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming features, these devices also include a wide range of functions and features. Other memory includes an area of RAM Data Memory as well as an area of true EEPROM memory for storage of non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data etc.
With the characteristics of an operating voltage as low as 1.8V and with its internal LCD display driver, the device will find excellent use in battery powered applications which have an incorporated LCD display, such as display type remote controllers and household appliances, industrial control, personal health care products and others.
Regarding the analog features, multiple and extremely flexible Timer Modules provide timing, pulse generation, capture input, compare match output and PWM generation functions.
