HT162x 系列是由 HOLTEK 开发的 LCD 驱动芯片，支持多种显示方式，内部 RAM 直接映像到相对应的 LCD 显示像素，支持串行通信，同时支持 WDT 和 Time Base 功能，提供固定频率输出可推动蜂鸣器。内置的省电模式极大的降低了功耗。HT1621是系列中的 128 点 (32x4) LCD 驱动芯片，HT1621B 为其 48SSOP 封装及 48LQFP 封装的产品编号。
