The FOC_EVB board is an evaluation board based on the Holtek HT32F65240 BLDC motor driver MCU. It provides users with a low-cost platform and the convenience of rapid BLDC motor application development.
The HT32F65240 is a 32-bit MCU with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core. It supports Hall Sensors or Sensorless Field Oriented Control (FOC), has an operating frequency of up to 60MHz, and an operating voltage range of 2.5V–5.5V. It is suitable for applications requiring FOC-controlled BLDC motors, such as electric scooters, kitchen ventilators, ceiling fans, dust-free room fan filter units, and various other fan-related products.
The Holtek BLDC Motor Workshop is a software development platform designed to shorten the development and evaluation cycle for Hall Sensor or Sensorless FOC control products. It includes multiple features such as parameter optimization to generate secondary development projects, real-time control and adjustment of parameters, and real-time graphical display to allow tuning without the need for an oscilloscope.
Please note: The FOC_EVB board does not include power boards. It must be used together with a compatible power board, which should be selected separately according to user requirements. Three power boards are available: the high voltage AC power board HVPB-A (AC 90V–260V), the medium voltage DC power board MVPB-A (DC 10V–60V), and the low voltage DC power board LVPB-A (DC 9V–26V).
