This product is an ultrasonic oxygen concentration and flow measurement module, designed for detecting oxygen concentration and flow rate in binary gas mixtures. By measuring the upstream and downstream ultrasonic transit time inside the flow tube, the module accurately calculates oxygen concentration and flow rate. With built-in temperature compensation, it is well suited for applications such as oxygen concentrators, oxygen chambers, and high-flow oxygen therapy devices.
Flow rate measurement range: 0–10 L/min - Resolution: 0.1 L/min
- Accuracy: ±0.2 L/min or ±5% of reading (whichever is greater) @ 5°C–45°C

DESCRIPTION
This module integrates two ultrasonic transducers and a flow tube. Oxygen concentration and flow rate are calculated by measuring the upstream and downstream transit time of ultrasonic signals transmitted and received by the transducers. Measurements are performed automatically every 500 ms.
