The BMHB6002-plus is a development board for Holtek Infrared Thermometer Flash MCU BH67F2742. It is designed and produced by Best Health Electronics Inc.

The BH67F2742 includes a fully integrated Infrared Thermometer circuit, which includes an OPA, LDO, PGA, and a 24-bit Delta-Sigma A/D Converter. The EEPROM memory can be automatically calibrated during production by software and the UART / SPI interfaces can be used for connecting to peripheral devices such as Bluetooth etc.

GETTING STARTED

Our practical operation steps for measurement and calibration are as below:

 Measurement mode

  1. Connect to 3.3V or 5V power supply and then press KEY 3 to measure temperature.
  2. The LCD displays the temperature value.

 Calibration mode

  The product calibrates degree according to 25°C and 37°C. Please refer to the calibration process:

  1. Connect to 3.3V or 5V power supply.
  2. Press KEY1 to enter the calibration mode and the LCD displays the ambient temperature.
  3. Press KEY3 and the LCD displays C1. Align the infrared thermometer sensor with the 25°C black body.
  4. Press KEY3 to calibrate. If the calibration is successful, the LCD displays C2. And then align the infrared thermometer sensor with the 37°C black body.
  5. Press KEY3 to calibrate. If the calibration is successful, the LCD displays OK. Otherwise, it displays FAIL.
  6. Press KEY3 to turn back to the measurement mode.
