This product is a parallel RF wireless transmitter module, the frequency is 433.92MHz. The module has 12 pins, of which there are four pins can be connected to external buttons. When a button is pressed, making the signal at low state, the module will be triggered and transmit the button status signal. The four buttons can be operated at the same time, so we call it a parallel transmitter module.

The communication protocol is proprietary, therefore the module must use with a corresponding RF wireless receiver module (PRODUCT ID: BCM-68F2420-C01) to form a complete transmit / receive function.

To facilitate the use of the transmitter modules, we make the RF wireless transmitter module evaluation board (PRODUCT ID: BCE-GENTX-X01). The evaluation board has buttons, LED, battery slot, etc., it can save your time to make peripheral circuits. By simply inserting the transmitter module into the evaluation board, you can quickly start using the transmitter module.

The MCU of this module is BC68F2123 from Holtek Semiconductor Inc., it has 1K x14 program memory. We have another transmitter module (Product ID: BCM-68F2130-X02) which uses BC68F2130 MCU. BC68F2130 has bigger program memory size (2Kx16), if you plan to develop MCU program to implement more features, BCM-68F2130-X02 will be more suitable.
