This product is a 3 to 8 cell Li-ion battery simulation board especially designed for Holtek BMS Workshop. It can simulate the output voltage of multiple Li-ion battery cells to reduce product development time. The simulation board needs to use with both HT45F85x0 MCU development board and MCU adaptor board.
The simulation board can output the voltage of up to 8 cells Li-ion battery. It can simulate the voltage of each individual cell Li-ion battery, but it cannot provide the high current required for heavy load operation. It can save the charging and discharging time of Li-ion battery for users, and output the expected voltage.
The 3 to 8 cell Li-ion battery simulation board provides two settings of simulating the Li-ion battery voltage.
- Fixed voltage for each cell: the voltage of each cell is 4200mV ±1mV (suitable for calibration)
- Select the voltage by knobs: users can select 8 sets fixed voltage of 0.10V~4.33V and 4 sets adjustable voltage of 1.5V~4.4V. There are 12 sets of voltage for each knob can be selected, users can also select the same voltage for all cells.
The board can output the simulated voltage without additional settings after power-on.
